It wont be get rich quick, but 90-180 days should see us all alot more comfortable.  Do yourself a favor and come check out this wonderful team.

   The excitement continues here at Team Rising Phoenix, Paul.  Best Sunday stats ever according to Founder Phoenix5.  Team count stands at 215 after first month of promoting.  Momentum is gaining!

Greetings member,
     We would like to start this off with a welcome to all our newest members. We are glad to have you with us! If this is your first newsletter since joining, be advised that the members that have created a forum account will be able to get access to our sign up links a full 24 hours before the link is emailed out to members. There is a vast advantage in joining our forum.
 
MEMBERSHIP COUNT
 
     Our membership count at the time of this newsletter is 224, with 64 new members since last Monday's newsletter. We have removed a total of 23 inactive members from our rosters.
 
WHAT'S NEW
 
     1) We are targeting Sweeva's Evil Twin! This site is new and a copy of Sweeva that we all know and love. Together, we will fill this site with our splash pages to the point that every new member this site gets will be flooded with our ads! The link to this site can be found in the forum.
     2) We have added a new section to the forum called "Mini Sign Up Pledge" that we hope everyone will take the time to read over. We want all of our members earning as much money by working as a team as they can!
     3) The new TE blasting targets for August have now been added to the "TE BLASTING" section of the forum.
     4) At the moment we are averaging about a .0078% conversion rate with our splash pages! This means that if ALL of our members promote even a little we could have a major jump in membership levels. 224 members x 500 splash shows a week = 112,000 weekly shows x .0078 conversion rate = 873 new members every week. That would be a total of 3716 members on launch day. The point of this is simple... there is no reason for us not to hit our 1000 member goal by launch! This also shows that not all of our members are really making an effort to promote.
     To those that are promoting... I say good work! To those that are not, all I can say is that you are holding your financial well being in your own hands. You need to decide if it is worth a little effort on your part.

 Once a member has not logged onto the site or the forum for 8 days in a row, we send them this email.....

     Hello,
      We were just noticing that you have not returned to our team site or our forum in the past eight days. We hope that you are not displeased with what you have found with us. We are sad to report that in two days you will be added to our inactive member list. Please, log into the team site or forum soon to avoid this.


    On the 10th day we send this email....

    Hello,
     We are so sorry to have to do this, but since you have not logged into the main site or forum in the past 10 days we have had to add you to our inactive members list. It pains us greatly, but now that you have been placed on the inactive roster, you account will be deleted in 24 hours of this email. We hope to see you online before then.

     On the 11th day we remove their account and send them this email....
